The diagram illustrates the sequential stages involved in the recycling process of plastic bottles, from initial collection to the production of final consumer goods.
Overall, the recycling process comprises nine distinct stages, beginning with the disposal of used bottles and culminating in the creation of new products. This cyclical system demonstrates a closed-loop manufacturing approach, where waste materials are systematically transformed into reusable resources.
The process commences when consumers place used plastic bottles into designated recycling bins. These collected bottles are then transported to a recycling centre, where they undergo an initial sorting procedure to separate them from non-recyclable materials and to categorise them by colour and quality. Following sorting, the bottles are compressed into large, dense blocks to facilitate efficient handling and transportation within the facility.
The subsequent stages involve the physical transformation of the material. The compressed blocks are fed into a crushing machine, where they are broken down into small fragments or flakes. These flakes are then thoroughly washed to remove any contaminants, such as labels, dirt, or residual liquids, ensuring the purity of the recycled material. After cleaning, the flakes are processed into plastic pellets through a melting and extrusion process.
In the final phase, these pellets undergo further heating to form a pliable raw material, which is then moulded or shaped into various end products. These new items, which may include clothing, furniture, or new plastic containers, are then distributed to retailers, completing the recycling loop.
In conclusion, the recycling of plastic bottles is a highly structured and multi-faceted industrial process that efficiently converts waste into valuable resources. By following this systematic approach, the environmental impact of plastic waste is significantly reduced, while simultaneously conserving raw materials and energy.
Band Score 5The process diagram illustrates the process how plastic bottles are recycled. It has nine stages to recycling the bottles a different number of tools are made from throwing bottles to the final production of different plastics the truck deliver the bottles to recycling center for sorting. Then the sorted bottles are turn into blocks compressing machine. At the following stages the bottles are crushed by the crushing machines and wishing it n deep water, after that at six stage the clean producing plastic are pellets by a machine. then the pellets are hated to form raw materials and finally the raw materials used in different produce that we consume. and the process start again with throwing plastic in dustbin an the whole process will start again.
Band Score 5The diagram illustrates how plastic bottles are recycle and desripe different step to this process/ Overall, it is clear that, the process consists nine stages and a different number of tools and infrastructure from throwing boltles to the final production of different plastic products . At the initial stage, used plastic bottles are collected on a dustbin. Then bottles are transported to Recycling centre for sorting. Then the sorted plastcis bottels are turned into blocks by a compressing machine. At the following stage, the plastics blocked are crushed by a crusher and washing in a deep tank.At six stage, the clean products is malted and made plastic pelleted by a strainer .Then the pellete is heathed and formed into raw materials. Finally, that the raw material is used to make different products that we consume. Then used products again throw to dustbin and the whole process run again.
Band Score 5.5The given diagram illustrates the process and features for recycling plastics bottles in many stages. Overall, the recycling process starts with throwing the waste bottles picking from trucks to ends with raw material produce some products used in different sector that shown in eight stages. The process for recycling the bottles : at first, people throw the empty bottles to dustbin after that pick up truck take the dust from dustbin after taking the waste products from bin it goes to recycling center to sorting the products. In part four, it compress into blocks which crush in small parts after cutting the blocks it goes into water to wash and produce the plastic heating pellets to form the raw material which produce the items in final stages.
Band Score 6.5The diagram gives the information about stages through which plastic bottles are recycled. Overall, this process consists of multiple stages, from the first step of them being thrown into the recycling bin, followed by a series of processing steps, to being fully transformed into other plastic products. The multi-stage process begins when people throw their plastic bottles into recycle bins. These bottles, together with other forms of waste are then transported to recycling centre where wasted products undergo a sorting phase in which plastic bottles are completely separated from others. The subsequent step starts when the selected bottles are compressed into large blocks before being crushed into small pieces and then thoroughly washed. Once cleaned, these fragments go through a specific machine where it starts producing plastic pellets, which are then heated so as to be converted into raw plastic material, which is ready to be used in the production of new products. Finally, the recycled raw material is processed into various final products, which include pure plastic items, such as bottles and food containers, as well as composite products, including pencils, reusable shopping bags and garments made from polyester fibres.
Band Score 6The diagram shows the step by step process for recycling of bottles, which involve 9 distinct steps. The process has two main phases, the recycling and manufacturing. Overall, the procedure commence with the collection of bottles. The collected bottles placed in the container. the lorry transport all the plastic to the recycling centre. UPON arrival the bottles sorted into the machine . Then, the sorted material is compressed into blocks. after being crushed the material placed into a water tank. After the completion of washing, subsequently pass through the machine to produce plastic pellets. these plastic pellets are being heated to form raw material. This is the end of recycling process .now initiation of manufacturing of products raw material is used and make variety of items like lunch boxes, clothes, pencils ,and shopping bags. This process remain continue in the same pattern.
Band Score 5.5The image shows the step by step process of recycling plastic bottles, which are consist of 9 distinct parts starting with the collection of bottles to the production of end products. overall, the whole procedure is divided into 2 main phases recycling and manufacturing end product. The process commence with the collection of empty bottles and put them into the container. Loader carried this container fill with plastic to the recycling center. After reaching to the center , sorting of plastic bottles initiate the recycling process .These bottles then compressed into big blocks with the help of compressor . After that this big block then pass through the crushing machine ,which is directly go to washing tank. After being washed all the crushed material put into a machine to produce plastic pallets. Then these pellets heated to form raw material .Ultimately ,this raw material is used to make end products like fresh plastic bottles ,lunch boxes and clothes .And then this process is contine the same way.
Band Score 7The diagram illustrates the step-by-step process of recycling plastic bottles, which consists of nine distinct stages, beginning with the collection of used bottles and ending with the production of new consumer items. Overall, the procedure can be divided into two main phases: the sorting and preparation of recyclable plastics, and the conversion of these materials into raw pellets. These pellets are eventually transformed into new products, completing the recycling loop. The process commences when consumers discard plastic bottles into designated bins. These bottles are then gathered by collection trucks and transported to a recycling facility. At this centre, the bottles are carefully sorted to separate recyclable plastics from non-recyclable waste. Once sorted, the suitable bottles are compacted into large, dense blocks to facilitate handling. In the subsequent stage, these compressed blocks are fed into a crushing machine, where they are broken down into small fragments. These fragments are then thoroughly washed to eliminate any impurities, such as dirt or labels. Following cleaning, the fragmented plastic is processed through specialised equipment to produce tiny plastic pellets. Next, these pellets undergo a heating process, during which they are melted down to form a homogeneous raw material. This molten plastic can then be moulded or shaped into a wide range of new products, including plastic bags, drink bottles, food containers, synthetic fabrics, and office supplies. Finally, once these newly made items are used and discarded, they are once again collected, and the entire recycling cycle begins anew.
Band Score 6.5The diagram illustrates the process of plastic bottle recycling. The entire nine-step process, from collection of the bottles to making of end products, is detailed. Overall, the main steps can be condensed into sorting of recyclable materials from non-recyclable ones, and production of plastic pellets. These pellets are ultimately reconstituted into raw material to be used in recycled objects. The cycle begins with disposal of the bottles which are retrieved and desposited in the recycling centres by trucks. Here, the recyclable materials alone are screened for, and compressed into blocks. The blocks are fragmented by crushing and washed to remove debris. From the fragments, the plastic pellets are produced using specialized equipment. The pellets are further melted down through heat treatment in order to form raw material. This raw material can then be integrated into new disposable products, such as bags, containers, and water bottles, or synthetic clothing, stationery, and other goods. From here, the waste is once again collected and the cycle restarts.
Band Score 5.5The diagram shows us how plastic bottles are recycled and how they end up as eco-products.As we can see it recycling includes 9 stages. There is 8 billion people in the world and almost everyone throws plastic bottles each day.But we have trash trucks that cleans every trash container. We can see that trucks took all the plastic bottles to the recycling center and special personals sort them into two setions:first container is for those which are suitable for use, second is not. After sorting bottles will be compressed into blocks by pushing and smashing them to each other with special tool.In addition to this the blocks wil get crushed into tiny particles and they go straight to water because they need to get washed to get rid of all the dirt. After carefully washing the particles will be sent to the machine which will make plastic pellets, they go straight to heating with extremely high temperature just to form raw material. In the conclusion the clothes we wear everyday, food containers, pen and etc. are made from these raw materials, from the plastic bottle that are used to be just a trash.
Band Score 5.5The diagram show the details of how we can recycle those plastic bottles which we use for drinking everyday. It supposes that all of this plastic will be reducing from environment and give us a useful product. Take an overview of this diagram, we can see that most of this process is actually by hand, there is only machine to cut all the piece of plastic off. By the way, the result from this plastic is awesome because as we can see, plastic can make everything that we actually use from our daily. So let's have a full view of the process Firstly, people put plastic bottles in the recycle bin, truck from the trash center will come to collect al of it and put them behind. When all of it have brought to the center, they will classify it and choose if they have enough potential to recycle. At the next step, they use the pressure machine to press them as a block for convenient to crush it down. Secondly, they use a crushing machine and give them to pieces. In addition, they wash it to ensure the clean of it, then put them in to the grinder and produce those plastic pellets as we can see from the diagram. Finally, heat it to a raw material. Our a final step is depending on how worker make it perfectly, if perfect we will have many of useful thing.
